The job duties will include processing and expediting all orders and inquires for assigned customers.
Ensuring all work order has acceptable schedule date, communicating with Planner/Buyer to provide accurate information to Customer. Must interact daily with Customers, Production Control, Shipping, Document Control, Engineering Departments.

Quality Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in a Quality/Engineering discipline.
4 - 6 years of applicable Quality experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.
Must be knowledgeable in ISO process.
TQM or six sigma experience necessary.
Must be a self-starter, solid problem solver and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Manufacturing Engineer:
Position Summary: Established electronics manufacturing company in Santa Ana is looking for an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer. Candidate will be directly responsible for SMT, Through Hole and Mechanical assembly processes to support circuit board assembly. Support Production operations with problem solving and operations improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
Implement manufacturing process improvements.
Generate assembly instructions.
Train Supervisors and operators in assembly techniques.
Technical interface with customers and sub contractors on manufacturing and manufacturability issues.
Special projects and technical investigation as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Manufacturing Engineer or related field.
5 years experience in and a working knowledge of Through Hole and SMT Assembly is REQUIRED.
Excellent communication skill both written and verbally.
Test Engineer
Sustain and perform customer circuit functional analysis and functional tests.
Sustain and develop ICT (bed of nails) test programs
Design functional test fixtures - including hardware and software - use of labview software.
Design circuit to be implemented in functional test fixtures.
Design and support software, micro-controller firmwares for functional test fixtures use.
Generate test plans, procedures to enhance customer's test & test setup.
Interface with customer for testing issues clarification, fixture integration test (i.e. for both hardware, software and system level).
Generate test fixture implementation SOW, including cost analysis, schedule and deliverables.
Research on latest testing technologies and trends.
Work with Production Engineering/testing to implement DFM/DFT hooks.
Work with Program Manager to define schedules, deliverables, milestones and scope of work.
Might need to work on-site with customer if deem necessary.
Train potential technicians to assist in testing.
Interface with outside fixture/design contractors ensuring smooth customer expectation transition.
Might have to work on 2nd shift if found necessary.
Define & maintain test procedures, test manuals.
Understand customer test requirement and translate it into flow/task that EMI can implement.
Set up pre-production functional test, including dry run before release and train technicians.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or experience: Minimum degree -- B.S. in Electrical engineering with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Language skills: Fluent in English, able to do presentation over a group of audience.
Mathematical skills: Understand all related electrical formulas, college level math including geometry.
Reasoning ability: Be able to re-create or model the overall picture for the project scope and subsequent action items/tasks needed based on scattered inputs and limited information.
